高績效理財專員之個人商業模式與職能基礎的探討-以KS銀行為研究對象

摘要
近年來由於人們對財富管理的需求上升,財務金融產品也逐漸受到關注。由於財務金融商品既複雜且廣泛,人們常需要尋求理財專員的幫助。但是理財專員能力的良莠不齊,加上缺乏系統化的職能標準,使得財務金融公司與其客戶無法容易挑選出優秀的理財專員。本研究以個案研究法訪談KS銀行高績效理財專員,彙整其職能要素,然後建構高績效理財專員之個人商業模式畫布,藉由個人商業模式畫布來了解高績效理財專員之職能現況,進而推論出理財專員之職能發展策略。根據研究結果,本研究提出理財專員的職能發展策略:(1)運用E化工具與顧客保持即時的互動關係,並拓展關係網絡。(2)注重多元職能的提升,並隨時調整職能發展以建立客戶信任感。(3)以主管、同事及其他銀行理財專員為借鏡對象;連結不同金融商品之特性;隨時以業績評估自身工作規劃。(4)思考自身的背景條件與成本收益,隨時掌握自身的財務平衡。最後,本研究發現在現今理財專員的職能要素之中,「售後關懷下的年節送禮」和「與其他銀行理財專員之間的良性互動」這兩項職能要素是以往研究所未提及的,本研究推論其原因則是與台灣當地的社會文化以及市場現況有關。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, people's demand for wealth management has risen, and financial products have gradually received attention. Because finance and financial products are both complex and extensive, people often need to seek the help of financial commissioners. However, the variance of financial commissioners' capabilities and the lack of systematic competency standards make it difficult for financial companies and their customers to select excellent financial commissioners. This study interviewed KS Bank's high-performance financial commissioner with a case study method, and collected the competency elements of high-performance financial commissioners to construct the personal business model canvas. The personal business model canvas was used to understand the current status of the high-performance financial commissioner's competency, and then infer the financial commissioner competency development strategy. Based on the findings, this study proposes a competency development strategy for financial commissioners as follows: (1) Use E-tools to maintain real-time interactive relationships with customers and expand the relationship network; (2) Focus on the promotion of multiple competencies, and adjust the development of competency at any time to build customer trust; (3) Take the director, colleagues and other bank financial commissioners as learning examples; link the characteristics of different financial products; evaluate work plans at any time based on performance; (4) Think about your own background conditions, costs and benefits, and keep abreast of your financial balance. Finally, this study finds that among the competency elements of today’s financial commissioners, two competency elements, i.e. “new year gifts under after-sales care” and “benign interactions with other bank financial commissioners”, are not mentioned in previous studies. We think the reasons behind them are related to the local social culture and market conditions in Taiwan.

摘要
本研究以台灣地區國際觀光旅館員工為研究對象,探討員工之情緒智力、工作壓力與幸福感間之關係,並探討休閒調適策略是否會對員工之情緒智力與工作壓力及工作壓力與幸福感之關係產生調節效果。採便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,受測對象為國際觀光旅館工作滿一年以上之正式員工。總計發出問卷700份,回收有效問卷529份。研究結果顯示:員工情緒智力越高,則員工之工作壓力會越低;員工之工作壓力越高,則幸福感之感受程度會越低;員工情緒智力越高,則幸福感之感受程度會越高;研究也發現員工休閒調適策略採用較多時,情緒智力與工作壓力之間的關係將越強。實證結果期能提供國際觀光旅館管理階層作為管理員工之參考依據。

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to explore the relationships among international tourist hotel employees’ emotional intelligence, working pressure and happiness in Taiwan. The moderating effect of leisure adjustment strategy on the relationship between employees’ emotional intelligence and working pressure, and the relationship between employees’ working pressure and happiness were also examined. To empirically test the proposed relationships, 700 employees in the international tourist hotels were recruited and 529 valid questionnaires were received for further data analysis. The results showed that (1) employees with greater emotional intelligence experience obtained lower working pressure; (2) employees with greater working pressure experience obtained lower wellbeing; (3) employees with greater emotional intelligence enhanced their wellbeing; (4) employees’ leisure adjustment strategy moderated the relationship between emotional intelligence and working pressure. The results of the study are expected to offer strategies for the management at operating and managing international tourism hotels.

摘要
技術演化是複雜的,技術分析和監控的能力不但能獲得競爭優勢並且能預測未來的技術,有效地識別利基技術的能力是公司的關鍵資產。利用專利資料可以是研究創新發展和技術變革,透過專利引用網絡的主路徑分析可以探索主要的技術路徑。本研究修正主路徑分析中專利家族所造成的路徑偏差,探討不同參數所得出的技術路徑之管理意涵。比較專利家族在太陽能薄膜專利引用網絡中對主路徑分析所得的技術軌跡之影響與變化。結果顯示,透過路徑的修正,可提升技術軌跡路徑之準確率,透過不同參數搜尋關鍵路徑可觀察路徑中之技術創新特質及現象。

ABSTRACT
Technology evolution is complicated. With technology analysis and monitoring, companies can not only gain advantages in competition also predict the technology development. Capability of identifying the niche technology is the key asset of a company. Patent information can explore innovative development and technology change. Main path analysis for patent citation network can identify the major technology path. This research modifies the bias caused by patent family as moderator to explore the technology paths of thin film solar cells with different parameters. Results show that accuracy of predicting the technology trajectory increases through modifying path. Key-route search with different parameters can observe the characteristic of technological innovation.

數位心智圖搭配合作學習對國貿實務學習成效之分析

摘要
本文探討數位心智圖搭配合作學習的教學法是否有助於國貿實務的學習成效,以及評估該教學法對不同學制(日間部和進修部)學習成效的差異,並輔以問卷法蒐集學生的課堂感受之量化資料。實證結果顯示:(1)數位心智圖融入國貿實務教學對所有學生的學習成效皆獲得正面的顯著性支持。(2)數位心智圖搭配異質分組的合作學習教學法更適合先備知識相對缺乏的進修部學生,學習成效進步幅度較大。而問卷結果主要呈現:(1)所有學生都肯定數位心智圖的運用有助於國貿實務的學習。(2)日間部和進修部學生分組合作學習態度不同,進修部學生相較日間部學生更樂於和同學分組學習。(3)所有學生的分組合作學習溝通技巧還有進步空間。

ABSTRACT
This article discusses whether the digital mind mapping and cooperative learning teaching method can help the effectiveness of the learning of International Trade Practice, and evaluates the difference in the learning effect for different program students (Daytime program and Evening program), supplemented by questionnaires Quantitative analysis. The empirical results show that, the integration of digital mind mapping in the class of International Trade Practice has received positive and significant support for the learning effectiveness of all students. Besides, the digital mind mapping and cooperative learning teaching method is more suitable for evening-program students who have relatively lack of Prior knowledge, and the progress of learning has been greatly improved. On the other hand, the results of the questionnaire are as follows. First, all students are sure that the use of digital mind mapping is helpful for the practice of international trade. Secondly, the students of the Daytime program and the Evening program have different cooperative learning attitudes. The students of the Evening program are more willing to study in groups than the students of the Daytime program. Finally, there is room for all students to improve the communication skills in cooperative learning.
