摘要

許多文獻指出研發密度是企業競爭力的關鍵,本研究應用BCG矩陣之成長-市占率模型,將樣本分類為四種企業型態:問題事業、明星事業、金牛事業與落水狗事業。以之測試研發密度是否影響這四種型態間的企業轉型與企業績效。實證結果發現,企業的研發密度可成功驅動企業自問題事業轉型為明星事業、與明星事業轉型成為金牛事業。此外,實證結果顯示研發密度對於金牛事業轉型為落水狗事業階段,具有U型的非線性關係;換言之,存在最適的研發密度。本研究也發現企業轉型的發生顯著影響其企業績效。

ABSTRACT
 
A large number of studies have shown that the R&D intensity determinates corporate competitiveness. This study uses BCG growth-share model to categorize the sample into four business types: question mark, star, cash cow, and dog. We then analyse whether the R&D intensity affects the occurrence of corporate transformation among four types and firm performance. Results show that the R&D intensity successfully drives question-firm transiting to star-firm, and star-firm transiting to cow-firm. In addition, the result reveals a U-shaped relationship between the R&D intensity and the occurrence of cow-firm transiting into dog-firm, which indicates that an optimal R&D intensity exists. This study also documents that the occurrence of corporate transformation is significantly related to firm performance.

摘要
2020年全人類共同面臨到新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)的危機,其疫情在世界各地迅速蔓延,造成全球局勢劇烈變化,出現這般高傳染性疾病,臺灣教育現場面臨到延後開學,造成學齡前家長的恐慌,幼兒園防疫執行成效值得重視,惟有築起有效的防疫防線,才能確保人民生命財產安全。故本研究運用修正式德菲法,整理幼兒園重要的防疫措施,及Kano二維品質模式,調查幼兒園針對新型冠狀病毒的防疫現況,藉以分析幼兒園所做的因應措施與家長感受間,有無防疫認知及看法的差異。本研究結果,幼兒園優質防疫為行政管理、衛生安全、教保專業、個別關懷,共四個構面,而家長認知幼兒園優質防疫中有兩項魅力品質,分別為行政管理的「防疫資訊即時性」,及衛生安全的「防疫物資充足性」,其他十三項均為一維品質,家長對該項目的品質要求是明確的,當服務品質越接近家長的需求,其滿意度相對較高,反之則越低。

ABSTRACT
 
All humans were confronted with the crisis of COVID-19 in 2020. The outbreak of COVID-19 has caused dramatic changes in the global situation. With such a highly contagious disease, the schools were facing delays in opening and creating fears among preschool parents in Taiwan. People attach great attention to the implementation of epidemic prevention in preschools in this critical time. Building epidemic prevention is the only way to ensure the safety of people's lives and properties. This study used the Modified Delphi Method to organize important epidemic precautions in preschool. Meanwhile, this study adapted the Kano two-dimensional model to investigate preschools' current epidemic prevention situation. This study will analyze whether there are differences in the knowledge and perception of epidemic prevention between the preschools and the parents. This research aimed to identify important epidemic precautions and investigate the current epidemic prevention situation in preschool. Based on quantitative analysis, it can be concluded that there are four dimensions of epidemic prevention in preschools: administrative management, health and safety, educare profession, and individual consideration. Next, information on real-time epidemic prevention and adequacy of epidemic prevention materials are the attractive quality of epidemic prevention in preschool. Moreover, this study found out there are 13 items of one-dimensional quality for epidemic prevention in preschools. Parents have clear requirements for the quality of this project. When the service quality is closer to the parent's needs, the satisfaction is relatively higher, and vice versa.

摘要
面對環境惡化、食品安全或是城市綠化等議題,魚菜共生是經常被提到的一個選擇方案,並對它寄予厚望。魚菜共生是一個結合水產養殖與水耕栽培的生產系統,透過魚、蔬菜與細菌,達成互利互生的平衡系統,具有節水、食物安全、生產食物或是綠化等功能,是當今全球受到熱烈討論的話題。
自2010之後,台灣魚菜共生農場才慢慢地展開,成立農場的原因是多元的,例如:創業、養生、退休或是轉換工作等。魚菜共生是屬於新的產業,不論是實務或是學術,對其相關報導或研究仍是不足的。因此,本論文針對台灣魚菜共生的發展,進行一個全面性的調查與分析,探索魚菜共生的運作機制,以利產業的發展。
本研究透過文獻、二手資料、專家訪談、個案研究,以及問卷調查等,多方的蒐集相關資料。依據PEST理論,透過總體環境、產業環境,以及農場(企業)等3個層次的調查、分析,整理出台灣魚菜共生的運作機制。本研究的結果顯示:
1. 台灣魚菜共生的總體環境,是支持經濟規模的生產方式,社會需求大於自然資源,不利於社會生態的永續發展。
2. 台灣魚菜共生的產業環境,相關利害人提供各種資源或是支援,形成社會資本網絡,有利於環保、食安或是綠化等的魚菜共生發展。
3. 台灣魚菜共生的農場(企業),是屬於資本額小,商業模式面臨著技術層次不高、通路不佳等困境,農場透過魚菜共生的價值主張、創意、傳遞,以及獲取等,展現出多元的經營模式。
4. 台灣魚菜共生的運作機制,是農場提供環保、食安、綠化等功能,創造有利的價值。其次,農場配合社會各種資源與支持,形成社會資本,更強化了農場的價值。然而農場這樣的商業模式,不具經濟規模的生產,對於社會生態的影響有限。

ABSTRACT
 
Aquaponics is frequently posited as one of the anticipated solutions to environmental degradation, food security, or urban deforestation. It is a production system that combines aquaculture and hydroponics to achieve an efficient sustainable balanced system utilizing fish, vegetables, and bacteria in a mutually beneficial cycle. Aquaponics has positive functions for water-saving, food security, increased food production per square meter, and as a solution for a lot of soil fertility and biodiversity through afforestation.
Since 2010, aquaponics farm has gradually developed in Taiwan, and the reasons for establishing a farm are diverse. For instance, entrepreneurship, health preservation, retirement, or even changing careers. Aquaponics is classified as a new industry, and there is still insufficient information for reports and researches both practical and academical aspects. Therefore, this research conducts a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the development of aquaponics in Taiwan and explores the operating mechanism of aquaponics to benefit the development of the industry.
This research collects relevant information in multiple methods from literature, second-hand data, expert interviews, case studies, and questionnaire surveys. According to the PEST theory, the operating mechanism of aquaponics in Taiwan has been sorted out through three levels of investigation and analysis of the macro-environment, industrial environment, and farm in the enterprise. Consequently, the results of this study indicate the following:
1. The macro-environment for aquaponics in Taiwan supports the trend of economic scale growth. While social demand is greater than natural resources, it is not in favor of sustainable development for social ecology.
2. The industrial environment for aquaponics in Taiwan is supported by relevant stakeholders providing resources and forming a social capital network in favor of the development of aquaponics such as environmental protection, food security, or afforestation.
3. The farm in enterprises for aquaponics in Taiwan belongs to a small capital module, and their business models are facing difficulties, such as low technical level and poor access to channeling. The farms utilize the value proposition, creativity, propaganda, and acquisition of aquaponics to demonstrate a diversified business model.
4. The operating mechanism of Taiwan's aquaponics is to provide environmental protection, food security, afforestation, and other functions to create beneficial value. The farm cooperates with various social resources and supports to form social capital, which further strengthens the value of the farm in aquaponics. Conversely, a business model without an economic scale will lead to few impacts on the social ecology.

THE PLANNING AND APPLICATION OF TEACHING STRATEGY UNDER COVID-19​

摘要
2020年面對新冠肺炎的來勢洶洶,教師、家長和學生們正重塑他們對於「學習」的認知,而位居教學第一線的教師們,遠距教學帶來前所未見的挑戰與種種問題,各科老師是否具備製作遠距教材的能力?是否熟悉遠距教學平台或工具的使用?是否知道如何調整學策略以適應遠距教學之需?為協助教師們能快速應用手邊唾手可得的各種工具和資源,以在最短的時間內做好教學準備。本文作者彙整過去文獻,並從學校教師的角度切入,提供有關「非同步」+「同步」教學策略的規劃與應用,以確保教師於課堂中的教學活動能如常地進行,且對於如何讓學生保有良好的學習態度及學習成效亦加以正視並著墨。

ABSTRACT
 
Under COVID-19 in 2020, teachers, parents and students are reshaping their perception of "learning". Distance teaching brings unprecedented challenges and problems to teachers who are at the forefront of teaching. Do teachers of various subjects have the ability to produce distance teaching materials? Are they familiar with the use of distance teaching platforms and tools? Do they know how to adjust teaching strategies to meet the needs of distance teaching? The author of the article summarizes the past literature and proposes some teaching strategies that can be quickly applied at your fingertips, and flexibly adjust teaching strategies to prepare for teaching in the shortest possible time. The teaching strategy planning includes the application of "non-synchronized" + "synchronized" teaching strategies. In addition to ensuring that the teaching activities in the classroom can be carried out as usual, the teaching strategies mentioned must also be taken seriously to ensure that students maintain a good learning attitude and learning effectiveness.
