摘要
本研究運用書目對分析的方法,深入探索冷鏈管理領域中動態能力的應用,揭示其知識結構。書目對分析作為一種研究方法,透過引用、共被引和共現的資料來識別領域內的關鍵概念與 核心研究,進而構建出冷鏈管理在動態能力應用方面的知識脈絡。動態能力在冷鏈管理中的應用日益重要,幫助企業應對市場變化、確保產品品質並保持競爭力。研究中強調了動態能力的三大核心要素 感知( Sensing)、捕捉Seizing)與重組Reconfiguring在優化冷鏈運營中的關鍵作用。「感知」指企業檢測需求和供應變化的能力,例如在高需求期間或應對新的法規標準時,識別更嚴格的溫控需求。「捕捉」涉及運用這些洞察來實施回應策略,包括建立適應性的配送網絡或強化監控系統,以確保產品完整性。「重組」則指企業能夠重組資源與流程,例如透過先進的數據監控與靈活的倉儲管理來適應新的需求並減少風險,如產品變質或物流中斷。書目對分析所構建的知識結構全面呈現了動態能力在冷鏈管理中的應用,顯示出企業如何運用這些能力來提升韌性、滿足品質標準並有效管理環境不確定性。研究結果強調動態能力作為冷鏈產業中達成永續成長的關鍵要素。

ABSTRACT
This study applies bibliographic coupling analysis to examine dynamic capabilities in cold chain management, revealing its knowledge structure. Bibliographic coupling identifies key concepts and foundational studies through citation, co-citation, and co-occurrence data, establishing a framework for understanding dynamic capabilities in this field. Dynamic capabilities have become essential in cold chain management, enabling firms to respond to market shifts, uphold product quality, and maintain competitiveness. The study highlights the three pillars of dynamic capabilities - sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring - as vital to optimizing cold chain operations. "Sensing" allows firms to detect demand and supply changes, such as new temperature control needs. "Seizing" refers to implementing adaptive strategies, like building responsive networks and enhancing monitoring. "Reconfiguring" enables resource and process restructuring to meet demand shifts and reduce risks. This knowledge structure offers a comprehensive perspective on dynamic capabilities in cold chain management, demonstrating how firms employ these abilities to build resilience, ensure quality, and manage environmental uncertainty. The findings affirm dynamic capabilities as crucial for sustainable growth in the cold chain industry.

摘要
本文嘗試架構一個二階序列式動態供應鏈,在市場的現貨價格為隨機、供應商每單位商品的製造成本、零售商每單位商品的進貨成本與現貨價格連動的 情況之下,以無窮期之連續時間型態的實質選擇權方法導出最佳決策下之二階序列式動態供應鏈價值的封閉解。
研究結果顯示,供應鏈商品出貨量與銷售量的最佳決策取決於現貨價格和供應商出貨給零售商之商品售價的門檻值、零售商賣給顧客之每單位商品售價的門檻值之間的關係,且市場的無風險利率和現貨價格報酬率的波動度與於最佳決策下之供應鏈價值呈正相關的現象,該結論與市場的無風險利率和現貨價格報酬率波動度的變化對單一公司價值的影響一致。

ABSTRACT
This article adopts a real options approach in a perpetual continuous-time framework to derive the closed-form solution for the optimal operating policy of a two-echelon sequential dynamic supply chain. In this model, we assume that the spot price of goods follows a stochastic process, the per-unit costs for both the supplier and the retailer depend on changes in the spot price, and the sales volume of goods is a strategic decision variable.
The research results indicate that the optimal decisions for shipping volumes and sales volumes in the supply chain depend on the relationship between the spot price, the threshold price at which the supplier sells products to the retailer, and the threshold price at which the retailer sells each unit of the product to customers.
We also examine the effects of the market risk-free rate and the volatility of the spot price return, both of which are found to be positively correlated with the value of the supply chain. Consistent results are observed at the individual firm level, where both the risk-free rate and return volatility of the spot price exhibit a positive correlation with firm value.

摘要
本研究從產業角度分析台灣非金融與金融ESG類股,在市場下跌期間兩者的價格行為差異,著重研究ESG評等是否提供下行保護與股價韌性。採用事件研究法,分析2017年12月至2022年12月期間的六次市場重大下跌事件。運用市場模型,評估非金融與金融 ESG類股的異常報酬( Abnormal Return, AR)和累積異常報酬Cumulative Abnormal Return, CAR)。並透過縱橫資料迴歸模型檢驗各項假設,以深入探討ESG股票在市場下跌事件中的行為表現。研究結果發現:(1)在事件期間中,非金融ESG類股的交易活動顯著增強。(2)ESG評等較高的非金融類股在市場低迷時期的股價跌幅較小,而金融類股則未觀察到類似現象。(3)非金融類股的ESG活動Activities),在市場下跌事件中提供股價下行保護與韌性。(4)ESG資訊是未來股價表現的良好指標。本研究對ESG文獻的邊際貢獻,在於發現非金融與金融類股在市場下跌期間,呈現不同的市場反應。投資者可將ESG評等作為未來投資標的篩選工具,而企業管理者與政策制定者,則可運用這些研究發現來更強化永續發展策略。

ABSTRACT
Relative to the previous studies, this study uses a greater number of declining events and adopts an industrial perspective, non-financial and financial stocks, to examine the stock price behavior of the constituents of the Taiwan ESG Index. The study spans the period from Dec. 2017 (start of the ESG index) to Dec. 2022. Our research contributions to the literature include: (1) Trading activities of non-financial stocks intensify during the event period. (2) Firms with higher ESG ratings of non-financial stocks experience smaller stock price declines during market downturns, while such a phenomenon is not observed in financial stocks. (3) The ESG activities of non-financial stocks provide downside protection and resiliency around market decline events, whereas no such phenomena are observed for financial stocks. (4) Investors can consider ESG information as a signal of future stock performance during market decline.

摘要
本教學個案聚焦於高雄榮民總醫院急診部運用設計科學研究法導入ChatGPT進行績效管理的實例。個案透過急診部面臨護理師過勞與人力流動問題的真實情境,系統性地展示了從問題確認到解決方案評估的完整管理決策過程。透過此個案,學生將學習:(1)如何應用設計科學研究法的六步驟框架(問題確認、目標定義、解決方案設計、展示、評估及溝通)系統性地解決實務管理問題;(2)如何評估與選擇適合的數位工具進行管理數據分析;(3)如何在實際醫療情境中運用ChatGPT等新興數位工具提升管理效能,包括快速 產生 LOS報表、製作統計圖表、產出衛教文件及協助文書工作等多元應用。個案展示了如何將傳統事後管理轉型為即時管理,不僅降低了急診室滯留時間,也減輕了護理人員的行政負擔,為學生提供了數位轉型如何在不增加人員工作負擔的前提下創造更具人性化且高效工作環境的寶貴實務參考。

ABSTRACT
This teaching case focuses on the implementation of ChatGPT for performance management in the Emergency Department of Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital using the Design Science Research methodology. The case systematically demonstrates the complete management decision-making process from problem identification to solution evaluation through a real-world scenario involving nurse burnout and staff turnover issues. Through this case, students will learn: (1) how to apply the six-step framework of Design Science Research (problem identification, objective definition, solution design, demonstration, evaluation, and communication) to systematically solve practical management problems; (2) how to evaluate and select appropriate digital tools for management data analysis; (3) how to utilize emerging digital tools like ChatGPT to enhance management efficiency in actual healthcare settings, including rapid generation of LOS reports, creation of statistical charts, production of health education materials, and assistance with administrative tasks. The case illustrates how traditional retrospective management can be transformed into real-time management, not only reducing emergency department length of stay but also alleviating administrative burdens on nursing staff. This provides students with valuable practical reference on how digital transformation can create a more humane and efficient work environment without increasing staff workload.
