摘要

  本研究依循過去知識移轉的研究脈絡,從Lahti and Beyerlein(2000)「知識連續帶」及Reed and Defillippi(1990)「模仿障礙與競爭優勢」的觀點來討論知識特性、知識移轉機制與知識移轉績效間的關係,俾補強過去知識移轉研究忽略的面向。為達到這樣的目的,本研究以台灣地區258家連鎖店為樣本,應用層級迴歸分析進行檢證,結果發現:(1)連鎖店經營知識的內隱性愈高,其吸收總部知識的速度愈慢;(2)連鎖店經營知識的複雜性愈高,其吸收總部知識的速度愈慢;(3)連鎖店具備愈完善的移轉機制,其吸收總部知識的速度愈快;(4)連鎖店具備愈完善的移轉機制,競爭者愈不容易模仿;(5)連鎖店的店長具備愈多過去相關方面的經驗,其吸收總部知識的速度愈快;(6)連鎖店具備愈完善的知識移轉機制,愈可能改變內隱性知識對吸收速度的負向關係。

ABSTRACT

  In order to supplement the missing area, we discuss the subject from Lachi and Beyerlein (2000) “knowledge continuum” and Reed and Defillippi “barrier to imitation and competitive advantage” point of view, and take 258 chain stores for example to explore their relationships among knowledge characteristics, knowledge transfer mechanism, knowledge transfer performance, the empirical results indicated by hierarchy regression as follows: (1)The higher degree of the tacitness knowledge were, the slower velocity of absorptive quarter knowledge were. (2)The higher degree of the complexity knowledge were, the slower velocity of absorptive quarter knowledge were. (3)The more complete degree knowledge transfer mechanism were, the faster velocity of absorptive quarter knowledge were. (4)The more complete degree knowledge transfer mechanism were, the more difficult imitation from competitors were. (5)The more relevant experiences of the head of chain stores were, the faster velocity of absorptive quarter knowledge were. (6)The more complete knowledge transfer mechanism for chain stores were, the more possible the negative relationship between tacitness knowledge and velocity of absorptive quarter knowledge will be moderated.

摘要

  螞蟻群聚最佳化(Ant Colony Optimization;ACO)是由Dorigo在1991年所發表的一個新的啟發式演算法,並成功的運用於銷售員旅行問題(Traveling Salesman Problem;TSP)問題上。由於ACO演算法的參數較難控制且會影響求解品質。因此,本研究主要是改善ACO演算法,針對TSP問題進行求解。本研究主要發展兩個演算法:模糊螞蟻群聚最佳解(Fuzzy Ant Colony Optimization;FACO)及噪音螞蟻群聚最佳解(Noising Ant Colony Optimizatio;NACO)。FACO與NACO模型在經過TSPLIB題庫之國際例題測試後,確實比傳統ACO有較佳的求解品質,且比基因演算法更易收斂且求解品質也較佳。

ABSTRACT

  Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) issued by Dorigo in 1991 is a heuristic algorithm and applied to traveling salesman problem (TSP) successfully. Owing to the parameters of ACO algorithm is hard to be controlled and ACO algorithm would influence the quality of searching for answers; so, the purpose of this study is to improve ACO algorithm and search for answers in accordance with TSP. This main study develops two algorithms: Fuzzy Ant Colony Optimization (FACO) & Noising Ant Colony Optimization (NACO). After testing FACO & NACO model through TSPLIB, it proves they are better than traditional ACO in quality and much easier to converge than Genetic Algorithm (GA) and have better quality.

庫藏股制度對股票價格的宣告效果—台灣上市公司的實證研究

摘要

  本文的主要目的在研究庫藏股制度對台灣上市公司股票價格的宣告效果,第一個部分為相關庫藏股法案事件對整體股票上市產業的影響,而第二個部分則為庫藏股宣告效應的實證。實證結果發現庫藏股法案的事件的確對上市各產業產生影響,但不同產業所受到的影響也不同。本研究同時發現就宣告之前的股價表現來看,公司購回股票主要目的應該是在自家股票價格的穩定與維持上,並以電子業與傳統產業在此方面的效果較強烈。就庫藏股的宣告對股價的穩定效果方面,庫藏股的宣告可以使股價擺脫低迷走勢而有回升穩定的趨向,所以以庫藏股作為穩定股價的機制,其效果基本上是顯著且有效的。

ABSTRACT

  The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the announcement effcts of stock repurchase on the share prices of firms listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. We empirically evaluate the price effects of a series of legal events leading to the passage of the Stock Repurchase Act in August 2000 and also examine the stock repurchase announcement effects across firms and different industries. We observe that those legislation events affect stock prices but the degree of influence is varied across industries. Also, based on the stock price performance, we find that the stock repurchases are mostly motivated by the intention of stabilizing and maintaining firm’s stock prices. This phenomenon is more apparent in the electrical and traditional industries. The stock repurchase announcement can boost the stock price as well and its function as a price stabilization mechanism is basically successful.

以內容分析法分析資訊人員專業技能~以MIS程式設計師為例

摘要

  本研究希望透過內容分析法來探討:一、目前企業界對MIS人員所應具備之專業職能現況,二、MIS專業技能是否因所處產業特性不同而有所不同,三、MIS專業技能是否因所處地區別不同而呈現不同。四、資訊人員專業技能變化趨勢。本研究發現,目前各產業所提供的MIS程式師就業機會,以資訊業(36.2%)與製造業(34.6%)最高,而金融業(3.6%)與教育業(2.5%)則較少出現。根據樣本所屬產業別與地區別分佈情形顯示,資訊人員的就業地區均集中在繁華的大都市中,尤其又以北部佔大多數(85%)。
  不同的行業別與地區別均對資訊人員的專業技能要求有顯著差異。在作業系統與資料庫中,目前仍是Microsoft的天下。其中又以Win2000與SQL Server佔的比例為最高。在伺服器與網路方面,企業在這方面的需求集中在Notes與TCP/IP的相關知識。在程式語言方面,整體而言,以VB佔的比例最高(21%),其次為Java(15%)。在資訊人員所應熟悉的應用軟體中,仍以Microsoft的Office系列為重要,其中又以Excel、Word、PowerPoint較為重要。在作業系統中,南部的資訊人員較北部與中部而言,較為偏好UNIX作業環境(20%),而不那麼偏好Win系列,但整體而言仍是以Microsoft的天下。在語言要求上,英文為最重要的一種語言,佔整體比例65.3%,在工作經驗上,目前對資訊人員的經驗要求主要在2年以內,甚至有相當多的比例不要求其工作經驗(27.3%),顯示目前的資訊人員就業環境是處於需求大於供給的情形,資訊人員的培育仍顯不足。

ABSTRACT

  By using content analysis, this study attempts to explore the requirement and trend of MIS professional skills. Besides, this study was to recognize the differentiation of skill requirements of MIS programmers either from regional features or industrial characteristics. The results showed that Information and Manufacture industries offer more work opportunities for MIS programmers than Finance and Education industries. Furthermore, there is high percentage of MIS programmers in metropolitans especially in northern Taiwan.The skill requirements of MIS professional were revealed significant differences in various industries and regions. Among these skills in operation systems and database management systems, results showed that most of firms require their applicants to understand Microsoft products such as Windows 2000 Server and SQL Server. In server and network skills, Notes and TCP/IP knowledge are the most important knowledge for MIS programmers. Regarding software language skills, Visual Basic (21%) and Java (15%) play the critical roles in the process of software development. As to application software, Microsoft Office serial products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are the most popular application software for MIS programmers. Firms in the central and the south of Taiwan do prefer using UNIX as operating system to Windows. Regarding speaking languages, English is the most important language for MIS programmers (65.3%). Finally, working experiences in or no more than 2-year will be qualified in most firms even no working experience is also acceptable as well (27.3%). Therefore, the results entailed a conclusion that demand for MIS programmers is more considerable than supply for that.

摘要

  網際網路的興起,為傳統的投資交易模式帶來革命性的衝擊,國內外證券商紛紛加入網路交易的行列,因此針對網路投資者的需求來瞭解顧客所重視的服務品質,提昇服務品質,儼然成為重要的課題。
本研究試圖建構證券網路下單服務品質的重要度構面與證券網路下單服務品質的滿意度構面,並建立網路下單顧客之服務品質重要度-滿意度分析模型;做為現有或新進的證券商執行網路下單服務品質的參考依據,並提供網路證券商客觀的指標,以評估其執行網路下單服務品質管理成效。
本研究結果發現,證券網路下單服務品質重要度構面為安全性、便利性、人員服務、頻寬版面設計、資訊豐富與即時性、及利益性等六構面。在服務品質滿意度的構面因素為執行下單交易過程、附加服務內容、交易安全性與交易後服務等三構面。服務品質重要度-滿意度分析模型可分析出服務品質項目所屬象限,可作為網路券商擬定經營策略之工具。

ABSTRACT

  With the development of internet has brought the revolutionary impact for the way of traditional financial investment. Domestic and foreign securities have scrambled to launch online stock. Therefore, it is directed at online trading investors’ demands to understand service quality that customers really care, and improve them are becoming increasingly essential topic. This study attempts to identify the dimensions of importance and satisfaction of service quality of online stock trading, and constructs importance - satisfaction analysis model to become helpful reference for the existent or new entrant securities in implementing online stock trading service quality. Also it provides securities industry’s objective criteria to evaluate the performance of implementing service quality. The empirical results show that the online trading customers focus on six important dimensions of service quality. They are the quality of security, convenience, personal service, bandwidth and layout design, richness and real-time of information, and benefits. The three satisfied dimensions of service quality are execution the transaction process, attachment of service contents, and security and after sale service. And importance - satisfaction analysis model can define the quadrant of service quality elements that contributes to securities industry in administration strategic mean.
